Mithun brings over 19 years of experience in the Quality Engineering space. He has developed expertise in building quality practices from scratch with key focus on timely delivery, Test automation, quality metrics & innovation.

He is extremely passionate about driving shared quality ownership, shift left testing and is always looking at various opportunities to empower and enable teams to deliver quality products.

Mithun is a huge advocate for the community of Quality Engineering and has organised and presented in multiple meetups. He has recently started a Community of Practice for Quality Engineering where QE’s from various organisations catchup every month to discuss ideas and challenges around various facets of Quality Engineering.

He is currently the Head of Quality Engineering at Tyro Payments.
