Cameron joined Tabcorp as a consultant lead QA in 2016 and was able to transform his project team's approach to quality assurance and test automation. The team went on to deliver a large-scale retail project with quality. Following which he was offered the newly established position at Tabcorp to Lead QA across all of Melbourne Digital Projects.

The wider Digital Melbourne team went on to see a rapid QA transformation in a short period of time. The team developed and implemented a consistent definition of done. They standardised their automation approach across projects and introduced common mock servers across digital channels as part of the way they deliver work. The success of the above endeavors and the introduction of various other QA best practices culminated in his current role as QA Practice Lead for lotteries and Keno in the now merged Tabcorp (& former Tatts Group) company.

He is a regular and passionate speaker at testing conferences across Australia and has always been an active testing community member and advocate.
