Dean has been in the IT field for 24 years, working as a tester, an automator, a developer, a devops specialist, artificial intelligence practice lead and has consulted and coached businesses and people through much of his career. He's a field CTO (a CTO who focuses on customers) at PTP consulting group, a company that provides testing, project management and change and process optimisation consulting. He's spoken at Testing Talks on numerous occasions and speaks at conferences around the world.
