    Senior Consultant, Quality Engineering (Mobile)

    Karen manages the Quality Engineering capability within the Mobile Service at National Australia Bank.

    She has over 20 years of experience in Software Delivery, including 9 years in Senior Test Management roles, 5 years in Test Management and 6+ years in Development, Design & Release.

    Her work over the last 4 years have been focused on Mobile and has been one of the pioneers in NAB Mobile team’s journey in successfully setting up their CI/CD delivery enabling faster delivery of changes to customers.

    She is a strong supporter of Agile and Automation-first approach and the need to continually innovate and challenge the norm. She is known to advocate Quality being inbuilt from the start and not an after thought.
