I have had the pleasure of working in Software Testing for 24 years and I have enjoyed observing the evolution immensely. Navigating the transformation (of people and process) over this time and adapting my leadership has ensured a fascinating, frustrating and fulfilling career - gaining experience heading up testing programs and practices at CBA, ASX, Macquarie, ANZ, Fairfax (now part of Nine) and most recently NewsCorp.
