I am a dedicated professional with more than 17 years' experience in performance engineering, observability and technical consulting roles. I am passionate about embedding performance and other non-functional aspects into development life cycles. Currently working as a Regional Practice Director for Performance Engineering at Planit, I am managing the local practice in Victoria and responsible for delivery across multiple customer engagements, technical pre-sales, developing customised solutions or frameworks and people management. Previously I have worked at Elastic as a Consultant, helping customers with their search and observability requirements and achieving the full potential of their Elastic stack and solutions. I have also worked for large consulting organisations such as IBM and Capgemini managing performance testing of mission critical applications.
