Mani Pugazhenthi is the Program Director – SAP & Automation Delivery at Tritusa and a SAP Testing and Quality Engineering Leader with over 25 years of global enterprise IT experience. For the past 15 years, he has specialised in SAP testing, leading quality engineering, test automation, and assurance strategies for complex SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors transformation programs across government, healthcare, banking, telecommunications, logistics, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Throughout his career, Mani has established enterprise testing capabilities, built SAP Automation Centres of Excellence, and led quality engineering initiatives for large-scale digital transformation programs. He is passionate about modernising software quality through AI-enabled testing, intelligent automation, and data-driven quality engineering, enabling organisations to accelerate delivery while improving reliability, efficiency, and business outcomes. A recognised contributor to the SAP testing community, Mani has presented at several industry events, including the SAP Australia Webinar – "Create SAP Project Success Through Automated Testing", the SAP Services Optimise IT Symposium, SAUG events, and the SAUG Solution Series, where he presented "S/4HANA Upgrade Impact Analysis" in collaboration with Mitre 10.
