Namrita Anchan has a background in IT, Quality Management, and Stakeholder Engagement for over a decade. She is a firm driver of digital transformation within her professional arena. Encouraging ethical & inspiring leadership is her passion. She is a polyglot with speaking, reading, and writing fluency in 7 different languages.

She firmly believes in transformative leadership and promotes the same in her everyday life. She currently works with Linfox – Melbourne as a Test Manager and serves on the Leadership Board of 'Women In Linfox' Group. She also volunteers for Toastmasters International and provides leadership at the District Director level for the states of VIC, SA & TAS which is heading the organisation of District 73 Toastmasters comprising of 2500+ members.

Namrita is a passionate public speaker and conducts inspirational/motivational training sessions on a volunteering basis and supports not-for-profit organisations in her free time.
