Being a Quality practitioner for more than 15 years and seeing how the roles of a quality engineer evolved from being the gatekeeper to sign off testing to becoming an empowered quality coach and a decision maker of quality product evolution, I am enjoying, contributing and learning every day in the field of quality engineering. Currently working as an Engineering Manager for QA in Australian Broadcasting Corporation and building robust QA practices in the Digital product team as we scale up to become the proud digital consumers of ABC content serving the people of Australia. Quality coaching is my passion and always look for opportunities to engineer quality in the different phases of product development.
