Rakhi Dawar is a highly accomplished software professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. She began her academic journey by completing a Bachelor's degree in Science in the year 2000, followed by a Masters in Computer Applications in 2003.

Starting her career as a Software Test Engineer in Safenet (now Thales) in India, Rakhi quickly gained expertise in her field and worked there till 2005. She then moved to Agilent and continued to excel in her role as a Software Test Engineer until 2013.

In pursuit of new opportunities, Rakhi migrated to Australia in 2013 and continued her career with Agilent. She took on the role of a Software Developer from 2013 until 2019 and later became a Software Test Lead from 2019 to 2020. With her extensive experience and exceptional leadership skills, Rakhi was promoted to Software Quality Manager in 2020 and continued in that position until 2022.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the company, Rakhi was appointed as the Software Quality Director in September 2022, a position she currently holds at Agilent's Mulgrave office. Her dedication, expertise, and exceptional leadership skills have made her an asset to the company and an inspiration to her colleagues.
