Rodrigo Martin Olivera is a Test Engineer with over 20 years of experience in testing, test automation, performance engineering and leadership. He has worked with global organisations like Adidas, J.P. Morgan, Disney, and Sabre, leading testing teams, defining QA strategies, and implementing innovative solutions for complex systems.

Currently, Rodrigo serves as Principal Software Engineer and Test Architect at New Relic, focusing on micro-frontends UI testing, quality coaching and reliability initiatives.

Passionate about community building, Rodrigo has organised Testing Meetups in Argentina and Barcelona, including collaborations with the Ministry of Testing.
