Dr Tafline Ramos is Practice Director of Quality Engineering & Assurance, with over 20 years’ experience in IT, including over 17 as a testing and quality specialist. Tafline is an international testing standards editor and thought leader, specialising in testing and quality lifecycle optimisation, organisational test governance and testing and quality audits. She has experience leading complex programmes of work with large teams and experience in agile, traditional, DevOps, mobile and cloud engagements. Tafline is Chair of Software & Systems Engineering at Standards Australia, leading Australia in international standards development with ISO. She is co-editor of ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 Software Testing, secretary of the international working group developing the standard and Convenor of the ISO DevOps and Agile Study Group. Tafline has presented at national and international conferences on software testing, volunteered on the ACS VIC Diversity Committee and won the 2015 Women in Technology’s Professional Award, in recognition of her leadership in IT.
