Having spent over 25 years in the tech industry across Europe, the US and Asia, I've been part of the evolution from dot.com to the rise of AI. I've worked with tools now considered ancestors of today's, set up a global test service delivery structure in the US, implemented the first SAP S/4 HANA at key clients in Hong Kong, and helped grow Capgemini's Hong Kong region. The lesson through all of it: adapt, evolve and create win-win situations for everyone involved. Along the way I've learnt what it takes to build long-term client relationships that become genuine partnerships, close complex multi-million dollar deals, lead high-performing and culturally diverse teams of hundreds, deliver work of real value, and manage conflict and crisis when it counts. The formula for quality work is simple: sell what you know you can deliver, focus on people by being empathetic, humble and willing to listen, then follow through, through the easy moments, the difficult ones and everything in between. Because ultimately, technology is made by people, for people.
