Namrita Anchan is an award-winning leader and the proud recipient of the 2024 Women in Leadership Award from the Australian Freight Industry Association (AFIA), recognised for her contributions to innovation, leadership, and gender equity in the transport and logistics sector.
Based in Melbourne, she is a Test Manager and Business Partner at Linfox, where she leads enterprise-wide quality assurance initiatives, implements best-in-class testing practices, and drives continuous improvement across complex, large-scale IT programs. Namrita has recently expanded her role to include Business Partnering for the Retail Business Unit, aligning technology solutions with strategic business outcomes, and is a passionate advocate for inclusivity through her role on the Enterprise Leadership Board for Gender Equality.
With a career rooted in IT, quality engineering, and stakeholder engagement, Namrita brings a people-first leadership style to every space she steps into. She currently serves as the Parliamentarian for Toastmasters District 73, having held multiple district leadership roles supporting over 2,500 members across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania.
