As QA practice lead for lotteries and Keno my job has been to work with multiple project teams to implement quality assurance best practices and improvements. At Tabcorp, we have built a culture where “Quality” belongs to all team members (not just the testers) and this has been achieved through a range of initiatives.

This session will be about providing insight and knowledge to attendees about our most important quality assurance best practices that have ultimately led to our significant, industry-recognized QA Transformation at Tabcorp. I will be sharing this information in a way that attendees will be provided the necessary tools to apply each and every one of them (if applicable) at their own workplaces.
