    Mark leads the QA team at Canva, building a quality culture that empowers developers to build high-quality features and provide users with an exceptional experience. The QA speciality enables rapid-delivery through scalable processes, and focuses on prevention of issues rather than discovery.

    With a background spanning a variety of approaches to quality in different organisations and countries, Mark has a strong alignment to agile principles, shift-left testing and a quality assistance model. His most challenging projects have been shifting team culture and processes to adapt to Cloud development and deployment, and highlighting the significance of infrastructure and scalability of services to improve reliability as well as functional correctness.
